| I love salt but I am trying to wean myself off because this is one of the things that I think is holding me back from losing more weight on this diet. I think I am retaining to much water weight. Anyway, I have now bought Diet Rite soda it doesn't have any sodium and sometimes the water I drink just doesn't cut it. Also, I bought salt free pistachios AND salted pistachios I mix them together in a bowl this way some have salt and others don't. This way I will start weaning off the salted ones and just have the unsalted soon. |
