| Sounds yummy. I love sauerkraut and sausage. Is there any sugar in the sauerkraut? |

| Sausage can be tricky. It has a lot of additives (including MSG and sugar), plus it can be very high in fat. You can check out Turkey or Chicken Sausage , but be sure to read the ingredients. The SBD pocket guide has the brands and kinds of food that are good, limited or those that you should avoid. Anything pickled should be a treat (including the sauerkraut)in your diet... they are high in salt, too and can stall your weight loss by water weight. |
