Well after 5 monthes of working out and not seeing much of a change i have decided to do the SBD.
Age - 25
Height - 5'5"
Start Weight - 151
Target Weight - 135
Dream Weight - 130
Day 1
B - two veggie quiches
S - String cheese
L - Salad w/cut up celery & broccoli. Balsamic vinegar & feta dressing
S - Peanuts (a few to many i think)
D - Spinach, Mushroom & cheese stuffed chicken breat. 1 veggie quich
Treat - didn't have one.
Day 2 - man i was feeling sick this day
B - two veggie quiches
S - String cheese
L - Salad w/cut up celery, sprouts & broccoli. No dressing the one yesterday i hated, have to find something new
S - Peanuts
D - Bacon & a salad.
Treat - didn't have one.
Day 3
B - two veggie quiches
S - String cheese
L - Salad w/cut up celery, sprouts & broccoli. Zesty Italian Dressing (just a bit, i dont know if im allowed to have this)
S - 2 pickles
D - Pork & veggie stirfry
Treat - didn't have one, I MUST buy some fugicles or jello.
Over the past 3 days my cravings havn't been to bad. (except last night when hubby cooked cheese bread, but it DIDN'T have any) I am a huge pasta eater, and love sugary stuff. I am sure missing my coke (coca-cola) though. Is it ok to have a diet coke every couple days?
I have cheated once, that was this morning, Day 4. I was feeling so weak n dizzy this morning that i had a steamed skim milk with a 1/2 shot of caramel flavouring in it (dont know what the sugar content was though). I hope that doesn't set me back to far.
Going to the gym today to get my workout revamped so that should help to.
