Hi Everyone! I am starting this journal again because I deleted my orignial one by accident. :oops: Thankfully it was only two days worth.
I am 25 years old, I weigh 207 lbs and I'm 5'2, my goal weight is 135-140 give or take, with a mini-goal of 10 lbs by July 4th. I am getting married in two years and will be dress hunting next spring so I am using that as motivation along with feeling healthier.
Rather than go backwards, I am just going to start my journaling with Day 3 of Phase 1,
June 9, 2004
Breakfast:
3 egg whites
2 slices canadian bacon
1 c. raw stringbeans
1 c. SF jello
Snack:
1 part-skim mozzarella string cheese
Lunch:
Spinach salad (Baby Spinach, cucumbers, celery, black olives)
topped with 4 oz, grilled chicken and balsamic vinegar
Snack:
SF popsicle
Dinner:
chicken breast topped with broccoli and part-skim mozzarella on top
small salad (lettuce, cucumbers, celery, radishes and balsamic vinegar)
Dessert:
Mocha Creme Ricotta
I felt really good today. I walked 3 miles and did some low-impact aerobics. Drank plenty of water too! |
