Yesterday was the end of my two weeks, I was feeling kind of frustrated because I felt like I had lost nothing. I did not use the sobe meal plans I only ate the foods they listed as foods to enjoy. No exercise. I weighed in this morning and had lost 5lbs and 1" in my thighs, 1 in my hips, 2 in my waist, 1 1/2 my bust. So it works. Stick with it. I was 5'8" 150, with 20lbs to lose. :D

You and I are about at the same point - I have lost 5 lbs and have a few more days to go on phase 1. I have been creative with some recipes but have tried my best to stick to the ok foods. I would applaud whatever gains we can get and move forward to phase 2. Of course it wouldn't hurt to add some exercise.
