Hello,

I have decided to start a journal to help keep me accountable. I began this journey on May 24th at 162 pounds. I am 5'5 and I would like to lose 30 pounds. I survived my phase one with only 2 cheats nights, I had 3 drinks both Friday and Saturday night. It was the end of my two weeks and I just decided to splurge. It did not make me gain weight but who knows if I could have lost more without the drinks :roll: oh well. I began phase 2 this week and you would not believe how happy I am to have fruit again. I have been very weary of adding more than one piece a day. I figure I will have one a day for a week then next week add two a day and see how that goes. Guess that is the background information.

Today......got up early to go workout and woohoo had lost 1/2 a pound. that makes 6 1/2 in all I am really happy. With the begining of phase 2 I have started weight training. Yesterday was upperbody so today I am very sore. Did cardio today.
