Hi everyone,
Just joined these forums and am extremely happy I found them. My husband and I just started this diet and so far we love it. My goal is to get to 145 pounds from my start weight of 166. I am now in Week 3 and starting Phase 2 and am a bit scared about adding carbs back since I did so well without them (lost 8 pounds).
But hopefully I will lose more weight this week, if not I'll be dissapointed I know. I have started biking too this week and I hope that helps. |
