Im starting this journal today as a way to clarify my goals, I plan on losing 50 pounds. So I'm going to use this as a way to stay on track.

This is my plan for today:
Breakfast:
2 Scrambled Eggs
1 slice of non-fat American Cheese

Snack: N/A I forgot :?

Lunch:
Chicken Salad
V8 Tomato Juice

Snack:
Cucumber Slices

Dinner:
Lemon-Pepper Salmon
Brussel Sprouts
Broccoli

Dessert:
No Sugar Added Fudgesicle

Man, I haven't had a chance to come back to post here in a looong time. I have been keeping up with my diet and today. I researched different breakfast recipies because i got really sick of eating the same ol thing. I've started up an exercise program and it seems to be effective. I don't think I've ever been more motivated and on track with a diet before this one. :lol:
I'll post soon.
