I have been on SB since May 10th, and i have lost 5 lbs. Not as much as I had hoped, but still more than as if i was doing nothing! My clothes are a lot looser, and i feel good. I plan to get my inches and body fat measured at the gym. Thats the good stuff- But...
I still want to lose more! The scale will not budge- Granted, weekends are hard for me, but its discouraging to think that a weekend cheat will set me back so much. Mostly its alcohol that i cheat with. Anyway, i think a daily journal will help me. If i am forced to report every day and record what i eat, maybe i will see a difference. All suggestions are greatly appreciated!

Okay here goes- this is what i have eaten today: it wasn't so great

BTW im in phase 2


Breakfast- 2 sausage egg cups (from orange SB cookbook)

Snack- string cheese

2nd snack- 1 slice whole wheat with nat PB

Lunch (sort of- served early, orientation for school, and they had sandwiches):
1/4 tuna on rye, 1/4 ham and cheese on wheat

Lunch again 3 hrs later: 4 deviled eggs, recipe from aSB website, salad with lettuce, cucumber, chickpeas, and a little 2% cheddar, balsamic vinegarette

Dinner will probably be the same salad as above with tuna in it

As soon as im done with this, i plan to ride my bike for a few miles

Aaaah! i feel gross- just got done babysitting and while i was there i had 4 girl scout cookies! what is wrong with me? i can't resist cookies, i love them. i don't keep junk food in my house, so i won't be tempted, but babysitting is a situation i can't control. i also had a salad for dinner and a baby dill pickle. im just hoping this doesn't trigger more cravings tomorrow, or make me gain any lbs. ok, tomorrow is another day... goodbye for now :?

Okay, i had such a long day today- babysat from 8:30 till 2, then worked from 3 to 10. i did prepare food ahead of time, but i wish i could say i still ate better! i didn't! Shocker- anyway here goes

B- 2 sausage egg cups

S- 1 piece land o lakes snackin cheese (not the best thing to eat, but was hungry) and 1 large strawberry

Xtra- had to help the mother i babysit for bake a cake! of course i licked up a whole bunch of yummy batter without realizing it. oh well

L- tuna mixed with salsa, 2% cheddar

S- hard boiled egg white, most of a string cheese

D- taco salad, made it myself, SO good- xtra lean beef, 2% cheddar, lettuce, nonfat sour cream and salsa

S- sf fudgesicle

Okay i definately think i needed more veggies and i have to cut back on the cheese, thats probably why im not really losing weight- its hard, b/c i love it- im not going to give up on this yet!!
