I started SBD yesterday, June 6th. I am 30 years old, 5'3" and I weighed in at 132lbs. Goal weight is 120lbs.

Sunday Meals:

Breakfast - Scrambled Eggs, 2 slices Turkey Bacon, V8 Juice
Snack - Skim String Cheese
Lunch - Salad with ham and shredded low-fat cheese, SF Jello
Snack - Pistachios (30)
Dinner - Chicken Breast with broiled tomato

No dessert after dinner....I wasn't hungry, which is a good thing.

I went for a 2 mile walk in the evening.
Had slight headache at night and had trouble getting to sleep.

Made it through day 2. Went for walk last night and was sooo tired! Feeling really fatigued this morning. I hope this goes away soon.

Breakfast: Scrambled eggs with LF cheese, 2 slices turkey bacon, V8
Snack: Skim cheese stick
Lunch: Salad with ham, SF Jello
Snack: LF Cottage Cheese, few pistachios
Dinner: Turkey burger patty with FF cheese, tomato and red onion :?

Hello Itravel

I've been on it for a week and lost 6 pounds.

At the begining I had a few headaches due to the reduction of coffee and I suppose also of the reduction of carbs. The tiredness was also noticeable at first, but soon that ended when my body realised that I wasn't going to fuel it with carbs anymore!
The fatigue may also be due to dehydration. Are you drinking enough liquids? They say 8 glasses a day, but taking into account the water in our foods, it's probably like 5-6 glasses a day.

The mind will play tricks on you and try to get negative, but focus on and visualise your goal and don't be swayed by negativity. You'll soon see results, which will make it worthwhile, and plus it will boost your self confidence!!!
Also, if you take a 30 minute walk or any activity that builds up a sweat for the same amount of time :wink: this'll boost your metabolism to burn off more from your waistline.

Yesterday was the end of day 3. Only had a mile headache, but was still exhausted come mid afternoon. I have been having to eat a piece of SF candy to get me through the 3pm sugar craving. Went for a 2 mile walk last night and got to sleep fairly quickly.

Breakfast: Skim Ricotta Cheese with vanilla extract and cinnamon
Snack: Pistachios
Lunch: Big Salad and SF Jello
Snack: Skim Cheese Stick
Dinner: Chicken Breast with LF cheese and oven roasted squash and zuccini

It was my bosses b-day at work today and somebody brought in chocolate cake with white frosting...I wanted some so badly!!

Well, I made it through day four. It seems this diet is getting tougher as the days go by. I drank more water yesterday and that seemed to help with the headaches. Went for a short walk last night.

Breakfast: FF Plain yogurt with lemon extract and Sweet n Low
Snack: LF Cheese Stick
Lunch: Salad and SF Jello
Snack: Celery with laughing cow light cheese/Pistachios
Dinner: Broiled Flank Steak with Spinach

Didn't have to have a piece of SF candy in the afternoon, so maybe my sugars cravings are decreasing.
