Can anyone tell me what Laughing Cow Light Cheese is? We live in Arizona and can't find it anywhere. Is there a substitute we can find here?

i found it today during my shopping trip. It wasn't with the regular cheese though it was with the speacialty cheeses which is usually somewhere near the deli....

laughing cow cheese is a spreadable cheese, found either in wedges or small squares (that look like bullion cubes) Try another grocery store, not all carry it where I'm from. It is near the shredded cheeses in my store, but I've seen it in the specialty section too.

Sam's Club and Walmart super centers have the Laughing Cow....I love it, it's wonderful with apples, or in celery, or just plain. Also I have mixed it with salmon for a spread. Yummy!
