In the guide, it says the beef hotdogs with zero fat, zero carbs and zero sugar are very limited. Does anyone know why they are limited with none of the above in them? Is it the salt?
I'm confused because I thought I could depend on food labels to shop, but I would have thought something with absolutely no fat, sugar and carbs would be okay. Apparently not. Any shopping tips? |

| I think the reason they are limited is because of the amount of fat beef hot dogs have in them. I was shocked when I looked - it was something like 11 grams of saturated fat. Yikes! Maybe a turkey dog would be better....I know at the health food store you can buy Shelton's Turkey dogs or chicken hot dogs and they're pretty good. |
