You'll be at your goal weight in no time at all! Your food choices are great and will lead you in the right direction. It's not necessary to eat specific foods on this diet just natural foods high in fiber. I believe you are asking what V8 is and it's simply vegetable juice (with 8 vitamins hence, the silly name)

Thanks for the kind words :)

Today I started out with an egg with turkey-bacon and chicken, and a great salat with chicken for lunch.
I tried som ricotta crepes as a snack today, and some more nuts and sf gum to satisfy my thirst for sugar. Its quite bad today :S
But that aside i feel great :)

Now im at day6...Feeling ok, lost mayby 2-4lbs. Not overwhelming, but hmm ok :)
Yesterday i had a glass of wine at a barbeque birthday. Bbq in denmark is quite sbd friendly. Meat on the bbq and salat and salat and salat. Yesterday there wasn't any potatosalat which is often popular, so it was quite easy to skip the burned bread, and just enjoy the tendermeat beef and salat :) and a sousage.
BUT DAMN!!! im sooooooooooooo tired of eating eggs and vegetables and so on for breakfeast. I miss my oatmeal with milk.
Im not sure ill last 14days with that breakfeast. The rest i going ok. But the best part about all this is that it has started som thought for me about food and so on. And ill soon have a good plan which fits alitte better for me for my "phase2" which might happen before the last 7 days has passed.

Day13
Ok, almost done with phase1 then.
But i have cheated. I got so tired of eggs and sausage for breakfeast that i reintroduced my oatmeal for breakfeast.

But im getting a bit confused here. During this past 13 days i have gotten used to not eating so much. But isn't this plan working throug higher metabolism?
Well, im eating a lot of cucumber, and salat, but i must confess: I got a beer friday.
And a bean-tostatada from taco-shop. But i didnt eat the "chips" Just the beans and salat, so i dont think its so bad.
But Saturday my girlfriend and I was out look at a new appartment, and we were invited to stay for dinner. But there wasnt any salat, så i ate the porkchop, and som pommes frites (made in the oven) and drank lots of water. But anyway, i feel great. Started last week in a fitness-center in my neighbourhood. Really fun and great. I do alot of back and should exercise, because that was what my "trainer" ment was the most important to start with, my body taken into account.
And of course 20-30mins cardio. Its really great.
And!! TAAADAAA:
i've lost about 13.2 lbs this past 2weeks.
So im under the magic 100kg (=220 lbs)

Good for you, SV. One can be successful on this diet even with variations. If it works for you, keep at it!
